ABOUT THE POSITION
At Inre Kraft, we are looking for 1–2 individuals who want to work as personal assistants for our client in Älvsbyn. During the summer, the client stays in her cabin, which is where the work shifts will take place. The cabin is located 2.5 miles (approx. 4 km) from Älvsbyn. We are currently seeking 1–2 temporary substitutes who can cover for regular staff during sick leave or vacation.
The working hours are as follows:
- Weekdays and weekends, 09:00–17:00
Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer that you can begin the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a 47-year-old woman with a strong interest in flowers, outdoor gardening, cooking, and baking. Due to her MS, her energy levels vary from day to day, so she needs a reliable and flexible assistant who can provide support in daily life and adapt to her condition on any given day.
The duties include:
- Support with daily routines and occasional household chores
- Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
- Mobility assistance using lifting equipment
The client uses a wheelchair and an electric wheelchair.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and has a good ability to notice and understand individual needs. You are attentive, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a genuine commitment to your work. The ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances is important in this role.

REQUIREMENTS
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Category B driver's license (manual transmission required as you will drive the client's car)
- Access to your own car for commuting to and from work
- Non-smoker
- Tolerant of cats

Employment level: 1–2 temporary substitutes
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits are in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you must have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. You can easily download the tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order it well in advance.
