ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a summer temporary personal assistant for our client in Unbyn. We offer two temporary positions at 100% during the period of June–August.

Working hours include weekdays and weekends as follows:

• 08:00–17:00
• 14:00–21:00
• 20:00–08:00
• 07:30–21:00

Introduction and start date for the position are agreed upon individually.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 50s with an interest in hockey and vintage cars. He lives in his own house, approximately 15 km from central Boden. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he is paralyzed from the waist down.

The tasks include:

• Support with household chores
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
• Mobility, training, and stretching

The client uses equipment such as a ceiling lift and a wheelchair.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of individuals. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. Chemistry with the client is crucial.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license and access to a car (you need to commute to and from work)
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

MERITS

• Experience working as a personal assistant or other care experience

Employment level: 2 summer temporary positions at 100% June–August

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, a certificate of no criminal record (extract from the criminal record) is required. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
