ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are currently looking for a Personal Assistant (100%) for our client in Haparanda. The position is a permanent employment with immediate start.

The working hours are as follows:

  • 07:30–19:30

Start is as soon as possible, so we would prefer that you can begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 50s who enjoys exercising, cooking, baking, and going on excursions. She needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has suffered a stroke.

The duties include:

  • Support with daily routines, including occasional household chores
  • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
  • Exercise and rehabilitation

The client uses an electric wheelchair.

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of other individuals. Furthermore, you should be empathetic, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We prefer that you are responsible and calm, with great emphasis placed on personal suitability. The client requests a female assistant.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

MERITS

  • Experience as a personal assistant or in other care work

Employment level: 1 permanent position at 100%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal data (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the register control will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
