ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on a full-time or part-time basis with our client in Pajala. We are also looking for hourly substitutes who can work in the regular work group during sick leave and planned vacation.

You will work both weekdays and weekends. Working hours are scheduled as day and evening shifts, and night shifts may also occur.

Start date is according to agreement.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 30s who enjoys ice hockey, music, and video games. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he uses a wheelchair.

Duties include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores.
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language – both spoken and written.

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in personal assistance.
• Experience working in healthcare and social care.

Employment level: Full-time or part-time, plus hourly substitutes as needed.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
