ABOUT THE POSITION
Personal Assistant in Unbyn, Boden
Working hours are scheduled on weekdays and every other weekend as follows:
08:00–17:00
14:00–21:00
20:00–08:00
07:30–21:00
Start date is by agreement; we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction process as soon as possible.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a man in his 50s with an interest in hockey and vintage cars. He lives in his own house approximately 15 km from central Boden. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life, as he is paralyzed from the waist down.
Duties include:
Support with household chores
Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
Mobility, training, and stretching
The client uses equipment such as a ceiling hoist and a wheelchair.
ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is sensitive, and engaged. Chemistry with the client is crucial.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver’s license and access to a car (you need to commute to and from work)
Very good knowledge of the Swedish language – both spoken and written
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working as a personal assistant or other care experience
Employment level: 98% permanent position
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority’s e-service. Please note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
