ABOUT THE POSITION
Bättre Assistans is part of Inre Kraft, and we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on a permanent full-time equivalent basis at 50% with our client in Luleå. You will work weekdays and one weekend day per month.
The working hours are as follows:
Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a young man in his early 20s living in his own apartment in Örnäset, Luleå. He has autism and needs support in his daily life to create structure, security, and meaningful activities. He enjoys going for walks and participating in daily small outings, such as taking the bus to Storheden for coffee.

To be employed by us at Bättre Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal data (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
