ABOUT THE POSITION
Bättre Assistans is part of Inre Kraft and is looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Sunderbyn. We are seeking someone who wants to work as a temporary substitute on an as-needed basis, primarily during July, with a good chance of extension thereafter.
Working hours are primarily during the day on weekdays, with occasional evening shifts. The schedules are as follows:
Start date is by agreement. We would appreciate it if you could start your introduction as soon as possible.

The client is a man in his mid-30s who enjoys physical activity. He likes bowling, playing games, and walking. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism.

QUALIFICATIONS
Employment level: 1 position, temporary substitute on an as-needed basis.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed by us at Bättre Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID and/or submit a background check (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the background check from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the background check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
