About the Workplace

Höstsjön Pedagogical Care has a department with 12 children aged 1–5 years. The facility is nicely located in a quiet area in Tjautjas, close to the forest and nature. Höstsjön also manages the school's after-school care before and after school hours.

Responsibilities

The duties include working with the children's group, cooking, and cleaning.

Qualifications

Experience working in pedagogical care/preschool, a childcare education, or other experience deemed suitable by the employer. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. Personal suitability is highly valued.

As part of the National Minorities Languages Act, Gällivare Municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli, and Finnish. Knowledge of any of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare Municipality.

A current extract from the police criminal record is mandatory and can be requested via Polisen.se.

Working Hours/Duration

Fixed-term employment, full-time from 2026-08-03 to 2027-02-01, with a high possibility of extension.
