About the Workplace

Myrans Preschool has four units with 18 children in groups aged 1–5 years. The preschool is nicely situated in a quiet residential area where the playground is large with good play areas and the forest is just outside the fence.

Job Responsibilities

On this unit, there are children with a need for special support. The role of resource teacher means that you will be one of the educators in the group where you share responsibility for all children, rather than focusing on a single child. Experience with insulin/diabetes management is an advantage.

Qualifications

Experience working in preschool, a childcare education, or other experience deemed suitable by the employer. You must have good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Personal suitability is highly valued. In accordance with the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare Municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli, and Finnish. Knowledge of any of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare Municipality.

A current extract from the police criminal record is mandatory and can be requested from Polisen.se.
