Job Description

In the role of childcare worker at Jökeln and Lilla Björn preschool, you will be part of a work team that collaborates based on current governing documents and guidelines for preschools. Together in the work team, you work towards the children's development and learning.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a childcare education/degree from the Child and Youth Program. You have good cooperation skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with an approach that is adaptable to the situation. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new work methods and spreading knowledge and experiences to colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships.

We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to the children's language development; therefore, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
