ABOUT THE POSITION
At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Kiruna. We are currently seeking on-call substitutes who can work when needs arise.
The working hours are as follows:
06:30–15:30
15:30–06:30
06:30–06:30 (24-hour shift)
Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a man in his 30s living in his own apartment in central Kiruna. During weekdays, he works at Coop and Savo. He has a small assistant group consisting of four personal assistants and his parents. You will work alone with the client, except when he is traveling, in which case two assistants work simultaneously.
This is a happy and positive man who enjoys carrying firewood, building with Lego, baking, walking in the forest and in town, boating and snowmobiling, listening to music, going to the cinema/concerts, dining at restaurants, staying in the cabin, traveling with a motorhome, bowling, swimming, going to the gym, staying at hotels, and much more. He has his own car which you, as an assistant, drive. Therefore, it is desirable that you have a driver's license, but it is not a requirement as the client has been granted transport service.
Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism and is blind.
Even though he can do a lot already, he has a curiosity and desire to continue developing and learning new things. Therefore, it is very important that you can work "with your hands behind your back" and avoid taking over tasks he can do or wants to learn to do!
The tasks include:
Support and guide in daily routines, such as household chores and activities
Assist and guide in personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
Since he cannot see, his surroundings use verbal communication and symbols to guide him. Therefore, it is required that you, as an assistant, have very good knowledge of the Swedish language.
ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
A large part of your work involves helping and guiding the client in everyday situations and social interactions with others, as well as helping the client understand his surroundings. You should be good at reading and analyzing other individuals' needs and situations. We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience with autism.

Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
Driver's license, so you can drive the client's car

Previous experience working with autism
Employment level: 1 on-call substitute as needed.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
