ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently looking for a personal assistant for our client in Jämtön, outside Luleå. We offer a position of approximately 30%, with the main focus on every other weekend, but there is also room for work on the Monday of that same week.

The work schedule is as follows:

  • Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday.

  • Week 2: Off

Working hours:

  • Saturday and Sunday: 10:00–20:00

  • Monday: Time by agreement (Monday shifts complete the position to 30%).

Important to know:

The most important thing for us is to find someone who can work the weekends (which accounts for 25% of the position). We are primarily looking for you who can also take the Monday shifts to reach 30%, but the most important thing is that the weekends work out, and we are open to dialogue regarding the Mondays.

Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer that you can begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a 13-year-old girl who lives in Jämtön, outside Luleå, with her family. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has cerebral palsy and epilepsy.

The tasks include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores.

  • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals.

  • Mobility assistance.

  • Handling of assistive devices, such as lifting equipment and electric wheelchairs.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of other individuals. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We would appreciate it if you retained a childlike spirit, as personal suitability is highly valued.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language.

  • Driver's license and access to a car (to commute to work).

  • Tolerance for dogs and cats, as they live in the home.

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in care and social services.

  • Education in care and social services.

Employment level: 1 permanent position, 25–30%.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID and/or submit a background check certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the background check certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the background check will include both the criminal record certificate and the suspicion register certificate. The certificate is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
