ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are currently looking for casual staff as needed and summer replacements for our female client in Svensbyn, outside of Piteå. Opportunity for lots of work! For this client, there is always double staffing.

The working hours are as follows:

• 08:00–15:00

• 15:00–22:00

• 22:00–08:00 (awake night shift)

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her mid-60s living with ALS. She needs your help as an assistant in her daily life to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. She communicates in writing via a communication tablet and through eye-tracking technology.

The tasks include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals

• Assistance with transfers/mobility

• Communication support

The client uses a wheelchair, a lifting device, and communication aids.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language

• Driver's license and access to your own car – to commute to work

• Tolerance for pets – there is a cat in the home

• Experience working in healthcare and social care

• Willingness to take on medication delegation

Employment level: Casual staff as needed + summer replacement

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
