WORK ASSIGNMENTS

In the role of childcare worker, you are part of a work team that collaborates based on current governing documents and guidelines for the preschool. Together in the team, you work towards the children's development and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have childcare education. It is meritorious if you have experience working with children and if you share the preschool's orientation. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with an approach that is adapted to the situation. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new work methods and spreading knowledge and experiences to colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development, therefore good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
