ABOUT THE POSITION
Bättre Assistans is part of Inre Kraft, and we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on an as-needed basis for our client in Luleå. We are seeking 3 additional on-call assistants to strengthen our existing staff during sickness and other absences. There is also a chance for a permanent part-time position of approximately 50% with this client.
Working hours vary between day, evening, and night. Weekends as well as weekdays.
Examples of working hours:
- 07:00-18:00
- 18:00-07:00
Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start your introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is in their 30s and enjoys staying active through various activities, watching movies, walking, and listening to music. Our client needs your help as an assistant in their daily life as they have autism.
The tasks include:
- Support with daily routines, such as common household chores
- Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
- Guidance and support in daily life
The client uses communication aids.

To thrive with our client, you should be self-assured, a good team player who works well together with your colleagues. You should be communicative and have a good ability to adjust your activity level to the client. At times, the work involves a lot of quietness, which can quickly switch to activity requiring supervision. You should have a good ability to read other people and enjoy working preventively. We also look for applicants with basic cooking skills, as homemade food is important to the client.

REQUIREMENTS
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
- Non-smoker
BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience and knowledge of working with autism
- Ability to tolerate scratching and swimming proficiency
Employment level: On-call assistant as needed
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Bättre Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. You can easily download the registration certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both the certificate of no criminal record and the certificate of suspicion. The certificate is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
