Job Description

We are looking for you who want a thrilling and developmental job. Working as a personal assistant involves varied tasks performed both inside and outside the user's home environment. As a personal assistant, you work with users who have been granted personal assistance under the LSS Act (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). You support the person in their own home, for example by accompanying them to social activities, assisting with personal hygiene, handling assistive devices and medication, as well as cooking and cleaning.

We are currently looking for personal assistants for a man. There are pets in the home.

Qualifications

We are looking for positive and responsible individuals who have good collaboration skills.

It is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant or have other equivalent education, and have experience in personal assistance or other experience from work within care and elderly services.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Other Information

The positions will be filled subject to necessary decisions being made.

Duration and Working Hours

Working hours are arranged as 24-hour shifts, where active working time is combined with on-call duty at night. One shift covers 24 hours.

We are looking for:

• 3 assistants at 96.45% employment
• 1 assistant at 48.33% employment

The employment may start with a probationary period.

Salary

Monthly salary with individual salary setting.
