About Kristallkulan Preschool

Kristallkulan Preschool is a modern facility consisting of 7 units (portals), a restaurant, and a sports hall, which opened after renovation in 2011. Kristallkulan has developmental learning environments with portals that all look different, a spacious outdoor area with three different courtyards and a forest area. The preschool has five units for children aged 1–4 and two units for 5-year-olds.

The preschool is led by a principal who has an employed preschool coordinator. The preschool coordinator assists with day-to-day matters, education, and scheduling. The preschool systematically documents projects and development conversations in digital systems, and there is an organization for collegial collaboration. The preschool develops children's language, creates teaching in everyday situations, and treats each other with kindness.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who want to work as a preschool teacher with us! At Kristallkulan Preschool, we work with children aged 1–5. You are expected to be positive and have a holistic view. Together, we find solutions to become strong as a team. Our preschool has high competence, and you will have colleagues who strive to develop operations together with you. Teaching in the children's group is created together, with both individual and joint planning time.

You should be prepared to work the hours the preschool is open, 06:00–18:30. You will work based on the preschool curriculum and strive to achieve increased goal fulfillment in an engaged and positive manner. You will use digital tools in systematic quality work, so knowledge of digital tools is a requirement. It is important that you can see the big picture and needs from this perspective, regarding both the child and the group, and for the benefit of your workplace. Your interaction with children, guardians, colleagues, and the principal is expected to be of high quality.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher. You should be flexible, cooperative, and solution-oriented. It is important that you follow common decisions and work for the best interests of children in relation to the conditions the operation offers. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
