Your Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher, you will work on education and teaching together with colleagues in work teams and across the entire preschool. Together, you will create an equal, gender-equal, and accessible preschool where every child is given the opportunity to reach their optimal zone of development. You maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with children, guardians, and colleagues, and you actively contribute to developing teaching based on a holistic view of children's learning and development.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who are a certified preschool teacher and have a good ability to implement the curriculum in daily operations. You have a secure and attentive approach, are relationship-building, and work with an inclusive and norm-conscious attitude. You use language as a pedagogical tool, participate actively in play and teaching, and have the ability to create daily structures that support children's development and learning. You work together with the work team, are reflective, documentative, and contribute to a professional and learning culture.
