RESPONSIBILITIES

As a school guardian (Skolvärd), you will organize, plan, implement, and follow up on various activities for the students throughout the school day. The Convention on the Rights of the Child and the curriculum's value base, with promoting, preventive, and remedial work, form the foundation of the role and contribute to a safer school day for the students.

The school guardian is an important resource at the school. In the role of school guardian, you will work with students in the middle school grades (years 4-6). You will work with and follow the students in their different learning environments during the school day. Collaboration with teachers and other professionals within the school.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have at least upper secondary education or have otherwise acquired knowledge and experience that the employer deems suitable.

You are a responsible and secure person who is passionate about creating a safe school. You can take initiative, you are clear, have an easy time collaborating, and have a good ability to build relationships with students. You enjoy engaging and motivating students. We see that you have knowledge of and the ability for low-affective handling (calm and de-escalating interactions). We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
