Your responsibilities

We are looking for you who have experience from the construction industry and want to share your knowledge with the next generation of professionals. The position is primarily aimed at the specialization in house building or painting/decorating.

As a vocational teacher with us, you play a crucial role in the students' development. You plan and conduct both theoretical and practical teaching, create a safe learning environment, and help students develop the knowledge and vocational skills required for future working life.

We primarily seek you who are a qualified vocational teacher. If you do not yet have a vocational teacher certification but have substantial professional experience in the construction field, you are also welcome to apply. We offer the opportunity to study for a vocational teacher degree while employed, with the school covering the education costs.

You will become an important adult figure for our students and will also have the role of a mentor. This means you will follow the students' development, support them in their daily lives, and contribute to their sense of security and motivation.

Your profile

• Have professional experience in construction, preferably in house building or painting.
• Enjoy working with young people and building good relationships.
• Are pedagogical, clear, and engaged.
• Can inspire students and help them grow.
• Want to contribute to developing an attractive vocational program.
