RESPONSIBILITIES

The position of Leisure Center Teacher (Lärare i fritidshem) at Porsö School involves working in the classroom during school hours and at the leisure center in the mornings and afternoons. As a Leisure Center Teacher, you are responsible for conducting leisure center activities, which means planning, developing, and following up on the activities, both individually and together with your work team. The goal of the leisure center activities is to create an environment that promotes safety, social awareness, and independence. Students should be offered meaningful leisure activities that support their development and encourage them to take initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a teaching license with eligibility for leisure centers. Previous experience working in leisure center activities or schools is desirable and merit-based, as is knowledge of the leisure center curriculum.

As a person, you are self-reliant and take responsibility for your tasks. You place great importance on quality and enjoy collaborating and building good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. Providing good service feels natural to you, and it is something you always strive for.

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

This is a fixed-term employment from 2026-08-10 to 2026-12-22.
