She enjoys spending time outdoors in the forests and nature, and appreciates participating in various activities adapted to her needs, daily condition, and prerequisites. As a personal assistant, you are a crucial support in creating safety, structure, and inclusion in her daily life.

About the Job

• Support in daily routines, personal care, and communication.
• Help create a safe, calm, and predictable environment.
• Accompany and support during activities, walks, and outdoor visits.
• Work based on individual routines, clear structure, and low-affective handling.
• Collaborate with colleagues and relatives to provide the best possible support.

She requires assistance around the clock, and at certain times, double assistance is also needed. Working hours may therefore be scheduled during the day, evening, night, and weekends according to the roster. Both permanent positions and temporary assignments are available.

• Enjoys being outdoors and accompanying on activities.
• Can work both independently and together with colleagues during double assistance.

Experience with autism, clear pedagogy, low-affective handling, or previous work as a personal assistant is meritorious, but personal suitability and the right approach are the most important factors.
