The person receiving assistance has an acquired brain injury and epilepsy. Therefore, it is important that you, as an assistant, have the ability to transition calmly and controlled from one situation to another.

The position is a temporary assignment (80–100%) with the possibility of a permanent position or as otherwise agreed. We preferably seek a female applicant.

You will start as an hourly employee. The employment will convert to a fixed-term contract "for the duration of the assignment" if you and the person receiving assistance get along well. The working hours vary, and your workplace will primarily be in the family's home.

No prior knowledge or professional experience within the field is required; here, commitment and chemistry are valued.

A valid driver's license and access to your own car are required.

Assignments and roles vary depending on the operation and function.

GIL's office provides support in areas such as employer guidance, administration, finance, HR, and education. Together, we contribute to making everyday life work for both the person receiving assistance and the employees within the cooperative.
