Assistant at Social Services – Boden Municipality

The Social Services department is currently seeking several assistants who wish to be involved in the startup of an assistance assignment, to build and develop a stable foundation according to the user's needs and conditions. The positions may vary in percentage and consist of 6 permanent positions. At Boden Municipality, there is an opportunity to work full-time. This means you perform the remaining working hours at other times or locations than your regular schedule.

Probationary employment may be applied.

Job Responsibilities

The user needs help and support with all activities as well as all care. Scheduled working hours include day, evening, weekend, and awake night.

Qualifications

The person we are looking for is interested in working with people, is empathetic, and eager to learn to understand and work with respect for the individual's difficulties and opportunities.

You need to have good language skills in Swedish or English.

It is meritorious if you have studied the Nursing Program or have training as a personal assistant and/or experience from professions within healthcare and social care. A driver's license and access to a personal car are meritorious as the workplace is located outside the city center and involves limited bus connections.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
