ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on a permanent full-time equivalent of 70-75% with our client in Luleå. On weekdays (Mon-Thu), the shifts are scheduled as "split shifts", on Fridays you work a full day, plus one weekend shift per month.

The working hours are as follows:

  • Mon-Thu 06.30-09.30 + 13.00-16.00 or 14.00-20.00

  • Fri 06.30-16.00

  • Weekend 11.00-20.00

Start date is in mid-September, introduction will be agreed upon individually.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

You will be working with a 24-year-old man who lives with a spinal disc herniation. He is a social, outgoing, and active person with a great interest in fitness. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of his daily life and contribute to creating safety, structure, and freedom in his life.

The tasks include:

  • Support with certain transfers and physical assistance.

  • Help with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and everyday household chores.

  • Support with planning and structuring the day.

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and has natural social skills. You are attentive, flexible regarding the client's needs, proactive, and have a good ability to read and meet the needs of others. We believe you appreciate being part of another person's daily life and value creating safety and continuity. The client is open to both male and female assistants; we prefer applicants between 20-45 years of age, and a personal interest in fitness is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Category B driver's license + access to a personal car (this is necessary to work split shifts, and your workplace may move during the day).

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language.

Employment level: 1 permanent position 70-75% starting in mid-September.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID and/or submit a tax certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
