RESPONSIBILITIES

Special Needs Teacher or Special Educator, Grades 4–9, with qualifications in at least one core subject.

Do you want to use your competence as a special needs teacher or special educator to contribute to school development and strengthen students' opportunities to reach their goals? Then this might be the position for you.

Primary School Support is a centrally organized unit within Enköping Municipality that offers qualified support to the municipality's primary schools. Through close collaboration with the schools, we contribute to strengthening students' learning, attendance, and goal achievement.

You will work at school units in longer assignments and processes based on analysis and the needs of the operations. The assignment involves adding special pedagogical competence, supporting school leadership and educators, and contributing to the development of working methods, structures, and routines that strengthen students' path toward their goals.

We are looking for someone who finds it easy to collaborate, creates trusting relationships, and enjoys driving development work together with others. You work independently, have a relational approach, and a strong belief in every student's potential to develop. The role requires personal maturity, flexibility, and confidence in the special pedagogical assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licens/Certification
• Licensed Special Needs Teacher or Special Educator, Grades 4–9
• Licensed Teacher in at least one core subject

You collaborate well with other people and relate to them in a listening and flexible manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve cooperation difficulties or conflicts in a constructive way.

You have the courage to act according to your own convictions.

You have a good understanding of how humans absorb knowledge and people's different prerequisites. You adapt the way you convey your message to the recipient.

You have a structured working method where you plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. You set and maintain timeframes.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, Start date: According to agreement.
