Native Language Teacher for Tierp Municipality

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a native language teacher, you are responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating native language instruction for students in primary and/or upper secondary school. You stimulate students' language development and strengthen their cultural identity. The role often involves working at several different schools within the municipality.
Main responsibilities:
- Plan teaching based on the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum (Lgr22).
- Grade students and document their knowledge development.
- Adapt lessons to students' different ages and language levels.
- Collaborate with mentors and other school staff at the students' schools.
- Maintain contact with parents regarding the student's development.
- Provide study guidance in Arabic in other school subjects when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Tierp Municipality is part of a Finnish administrative area. If, in addition to our other competence requirements, you also speak Finnish, this can be a merit.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: Start date: 2026-08-10, End date: 2027-02-12.
Working hours: Daytime.
