Bergvretenskolan is a grades F-9 school with approx. 860 students and 120 staff members. Responsibilities

You will teach at the lower primary level and be part of a team together with other teachers. As a teacher with us, you stimulate students to learning and personal responsibility. With engagement and enthusiasm, you create a safe learning environment based on mutual respect and cooperation, through good leadership both inside and outside the classroom.

Together with your colleagues, you plan, implement, and evaluate your teaching based on the steering documents. The tasks include assessing and documenting the students' knowledge development in our digital system. Chapters 1 and 2 of the curriculum should be clearly visible in your teaching. The tasks also include contact with guardians and relevant authorities.

You have positive and high expectations of the students and adapt the teaching to the level of all students, with a focus on the student's best interests.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a teacher license with eligibility to teach in grades F-3.

Experience of previous work within the school is meritorious. We place great importance on teamwork skills, pedagogical leadership, and personal maturity. You have good leadership in the classroom that conveys a clear structure, security, clear expectations, and relationship-building. Your basic outlook is characterized by seeing opportunities and having a positive and inclusive approach. You are independent and confident in your competence, take responsibility, and see collaboration as an important part of succeeding in the assignment. You are familiar with the steering documents and how they and the systematic quality work support and develop teaching and results.

You contribute to giving our students faith in themselves for the future.

Employment and Terms

• Employment type: Permanent position.
• Duration: Start date 2026-08-10. Start date by agreement during August-October.
