About Procoat Group

Procoat Group AB is an industrial group within surface treatment, built through strategic acquisitions of well-established companies. The group currently comprises four subsidiaries – WeBeS, R-Produktion, Landskrona Galvanoverk, and MPS Coating – and is in a clear phase of growth.

We are now establishing a shared finance function to support all companies within the group, and we are looking for you who want to help shape it from the ground up.

About the role

As an accountant with us, you will have a central and independent role in the group's financial operations. You will be responsible for the ongoing financial management for several companies simultaneously and will be a key person in maintaining financial cohesion within a rapidly growing organization. You will work closely with the CEO and contribute directly to the group's decision-making basis.

Your main responsibilities

• Ongoing accounting and annual reporting for the group's companies
• Handling supplier invoices as well as booking of incoming and outgoing payments
• Payroll reporting in collaboration with the payroll function
• Monthly updates of reporting packages to the CEO
• Customer reminders and invoice follow-up
• VAT and authority reporting

Who we are looking for

You are meticulous, self-motivated, and thrive in a role where you take ownership of your work. You are accustomed to handling multiple companies or tasks simultaneously without losing track.

We would like you to have:

• Experience from a similar role, e.g., as an accountant or finance assistant
• A degree in economics at upper secondary or post-secondary level, or equivalent work experience
• Good knowledge of accounting systems and Excel
• Ability to structure and prioritize independently
