My name is Anna and I am 30 years old. I use a wheelchair due to a cerebral palsy (CP) injury I sustained when I was born prematurely. Despite this, I speak fluently but need help with everything in daily life. I am now looking for a new star who wants to be my personal assistant. I live centrally in Mora.
I am a girl with many interests, such as attending festivals, going on cruises, playing video games, sitting at the computer chatting with friends or playing The Sims. I also enjoy taking walks and being outdoors. My creativity is huge, and I am involved in both music and storytelling. About you:
I am looking for someone who fits the following profile:
As a person, you are calm, stable, empathetic, and have great patience. It is important that you can stay awake late in the evenings, and even during nights until 02:00. Requirements:

• Female, aged 25-45
• Hold a valid B-driver's license
• Willing to travel, including multi-day trips.

This position includes an extended (and compensated) on-call assignment. This means that during certain weeks, you must be reachable outside of working hours to arrange for a substitute or step in yourself to provide assistance when needed. This is Assistans i Balans's way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The on-call duty is shared among all assistants working on a regular schedule. About the position:
You will work varied shifts (day/evening/night with sleeping on-call).
Part-time temporary position at approx. 75% on a rolling schedule. Other times may occur as the role involves stepping in extra during urgent vacancies. Salary:
Agreement under Fremia-Kommunal, individual salary setting.
