We are now looking for dedicated and responsible personal assistants to join our team. Currently, we are seeking a person for a temporary position who can also step in for extra shifts when needed.

About the position

The work involves supporting the customer in daily life and contributing to safety, participation, and good quality of life. The customer needs help with all personal care, household maintenance, and support with activities and errands outside the home.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Personal care
• Mobility and daily routines
• Cooking and household chores
• Cleaning and general maintenance of the home
• Support with activities, walks, and excursions
• Accompanying to errands and other activities outside the home

Working hours

The work consists of both 24-hour shifts and day shifts. During certain periods, you work together with a colleague, and during other times, you work alone.

Position

Temporary Position

The temporary position is scheduled so that you work 1 night shift per week and one day every other weekend. There is an opportunity to work extra shifts when needed.

We are looking for you who

• Are calm, secure, and responsible
• Have good teamwork skills
• Can work independently
• Are flexible and responsive
• Have good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)

Experience working in personal assistance or healthcare and social services is advantageous, but personal suitability is most important.

Working as a personal assistant can look very different depending on the customer's disability, as well as because we are all different individuals, whether we have a disability or not. As a personal assistant, you compensate for what the customer cannot do themselves, allowing them to live as independently as possible. Working in someone else's home places high demands on you as an assistant, and there may also be a family to consider. It is important to have a sensitive touch to read how the customer wants things in different situations. As a personal assistant with us, you get:
