We are currently looking for temporary staff on an as-needed basis.

About the Position

The work involves supporting the customer in their daily life and contributing to security, participation, and good quality of life. The customer needs help with nursing care, household management, as well as support with activities and errands outside the home.

The duties include, among other things:

  • personal care
  • daily routines
  • cooking and household chores
  • cleaning and general maintenance of the home
  • support with activities, walks, and outings
  • accompanying the customer on errands and other activities outside the home

Working Hours

The work consists of 24-hour shifts.

The Role

We are looking for substitutes who can step in when regular staff is absent, for example, due to illness or vacation.

We are looking for someone who

  • is calm, secure, and responsible
  • has good teamwork skills
  • can work independently
  • is flexible and responsive
  • has good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)

Experience in personal assistance or healthcare and social services is an advantage, but personal suitability is the most important factor.

Working as a personal assistant can look very different depending on the customer's disability, just as we are all different individuals, whether we have a disability or not. As a personal assistant, you compensate for what the customer cannot do themselves, allowing them to live as independently as possible. Working in someone else's home places high demands on you as an assistant, and there may also be a family to consider. It is important to have a keen sense of touch to read how the customer wants things handled in different situations. As a personal assistant with us, you will receive:
