We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant this summer as an hourly substitute in Rättvik. The hours vary.

• You must be available all summer and able to work days, evenings, weekends, and be a woman according to the customers' wishes.
• You must be comfortable working with several customers simultaneously, regardless of gender. We are looking for hourly substitutes who can step in with short notice during and after the summer.
• If the job feels right for you and for the customers, we will book you in for shifts available throughout the summer now. It is of great importance that you can take these shifts, as we need to ensure staffing for our customers.
• Recruitment and induction are ongoing, and induction will begin immediately if you meet the requirements. You need to be willing to work major holidays such as Midsummer.
• You must also be willing to be on a crisis substitute list over the summer and be able to step in with short notice if urgent staffing is needed.
