WORKING AT VI OMSORG

As an employed Personal Assistant with us, you are covered by a collective agreement and a contractual pension. You are insured on the way to and from work in case anything unexpected happens. We offer a wellness allowance to all our employees. Additionally, we organize activities aimed at both you as an employee and the client you work with. We care that you, as an employee, enjoy working with us!

To be employed by us at Vi Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting an employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and submit a background check (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can order the background check free of charge via the Swedish Tax Agency's website and download it directly with BankID here.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be 18 years old to work as a Personal Assistant with us.

If you wish to work with children and young people under 18 years of age, you need to present an extract from the criminal record. It is important to order the extract in good time, as the Police's processing time may vary. Due to a legislative change from March 1, 2026, the register control is expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
