About the position

We are currently seeking temporary staff to cover absences from permanent employees. The need is greatest during daytime hours.

We offer a varied schedule including day shifts from 07:00–19:30 and awake night shifts from 18:15–07:15.

About our client

Our client is a very pleasant man in his 70s with an acquired brain injury, living in his own apartment in Hosjö. Due to his injury, he lives in the "here and now" and has fluctuating memory. In daily life, we create an adapted environment with limited stimuli and a focus on one task at a time to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. His interests include cars (especially classic models), trains, nature, browsing magazines, and chatting with his assistant.

About you

We are looking for someone who is proactive and has a positive attitude. You should be physically capable of assisting with transfers and providing support in various situations. Experience in care and social services is advantageous, but the most important quality is your willingness to learn and adapt to the client's needs. The client prefers female applicants.

Responsibilities:

He needs support and encouragement in all daily activities. The focus is on maintaining his abilities by involving him as much as possible in every task. Daily training takes place primarily during natural daily routines, as well as more targeted training when appropriate.

Clear guidance with short instructions and physical presence are required. He needs to practice all motor skills through his own daily chores.

Duties include support with personal hygiene, cooking, household tasks, and accompanying the client on activities and outings. It is important that you can create a safe and stable environment for him.

We conduct background checks. You will need to provide extracts from the criminal record and suspicion registers upon employment, which we will verify for authenticity.
