We are now looking for a personal assistant for a rostered shift for our child client in Rättvik. Awake night shift
Who are you?
As a person, you need to be confident in yourself, able to adapt to different situations, and have a strong sense of integrity. You will work actively based on the client's needs. You should have a high work ethic and a sense of responsibility.
About the position
We are currently looking for substitutes who work on a rostered shift basis, but we may also hire some as hourly employees for ad-hoc work when others are sick. It is a big plus if you are available to step in at short notice.
The clients
Our client, who lives in Rättvik, is a child client with a very high care need. You will need to learn to work according to clearly defined guidelines and to interpret the client's signals.
Experience
While experience in healthcare and social care, preferably as a personal assistant, is meritorious, it is not a requirement. In your application, please tell us about yourself, as the client chooses their assistant. We will therefore place great emphasis on personality and chemistry. You will receive the necessary introduction on-site at the client's home.
Schedule
All clients have different schedules; there are both 24-hour shifts as well as shorter shifts during the day and evening. With some clients, you will work completely independently, while with others, double assistance may be required. Please state clearly in your application during which times of the day you are available to work.
Desired qualifications
- Good physical condition
- Experience with care and social services
Requirements
- Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
