We are now looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant to a 60-year-old woman in Borlänge. We prefer that you, as an applicant, are a woman and have prior experience in personal assistance. You do not need to know everything from the start; we value that it feels right and that the scope of the position suits your life situation.

Your duties include being helpful with basic needs, such as:

• Dressing and undressing
• Meals, cooking, and medication
• Personal hygiene
• Mobility with and without a wheelchair. It is an advantage if you have the strength to assist safely.

The role also involves being a helping hand with household tasks or accompanying the person on activities. This could include a visit to a flea market, a trip to see the children, or a walk in the forest to look for mushrooms.

Scope of the position

The position is at 90%. Longer trips may occur, where we would appreciate it if you have the opportunity to accompany. An example is trips to the cottage located in northern Sweden.

Who are you?

You are confident in your professional role, are sensitive, and have the ability to see what others need – even if it is not always expressed in words. To fit the role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience in personal assistance
• Non-smoker
• Valid driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Working hours: Day, evening, and weekends

Employment terms: Part-time

Start date: Immediately

Criminal Record Check

To work as a personal assistant with us, you must present an extract from the police's criminal record (form 442.3). Please note that the police processing time can be up to two weeks, so order your record extract as soon as possible. The extract will be requested during a potential interview.
