Temporary Staff Wanted for Nyckeln Treatment Home

Nyckeln Treatment Home in Mora is an HVB (residential care) home for girls and young women aged 16–24 with mental health issues. Both psychiatric and neuropsychiatric diagnoses are present. At Nyckeln, we offer both treatment and assessment, with DBT skills training being a key method in our therapeutic approach.

Our multidisciplinary team consists of social workers, behavioral scientists, nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, treatment assistants, and psychiatrists. Our treatment goal is to help residents practice managing their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, improve their quality of life, and achieve their personal goals. We provide a safe, homely environment with clear structure.

The Role

The position involves leading and participating in daily activities as well as writing case notes. Working hours are scheduled and include day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Your Profile

Education and Experience

We are looking for candidates with a 2-year post-secondary education in the field, such as a social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, caregiver, or other education within psychiatry or social work. Experience in treatment work, psychiatry, or other social work is also valued.
