Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (Law on Support and Service for Certain Disability Groups). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Every client is unique, and your tasks will vary depending on the client's needs. You value the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making daily life run smoothly.

About the role

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for you who are sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for you who match the following:

• Want to work for a man in his 30s living in Rättvik

• Have good knowledge of Swedish

• Hold a valid B driver's license

It is also an advantage if you:

• Have experience in similar work

• Share the client's interests in hockey, TV series, and food

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment level, and salary:

The current form of employment is "for the duration of the assignment" at approximately 12 %, which means working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 07:00–08:30 each week.

There is also an opportunity for work during the summer and autumn, including both overnight shifts and shorter morning shifts.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana
