BUP Dalarna is a county-wide operation with outpatient clinics throughout the county. The county also provides inpatient care with an acute team, an eating disorders unit, a family therapy unit, and "En väg in" (A Way In). The operations work with diagnostics and treatment at a specialist level, characterized by high clinical competence, a professional environment, and close collaboration with care partners, cooperation partners within the region, and the county's municipalities.

Your placement is within BUP's inpatient care, Ward 68, which has four care beds. The ward is a shared resource for all of Dalarna and is tasked with working with acute situations and shorter admissions. The child or young person has a guardian with them on the ward, and we work actively together with the family and their network. We actively work to develop and improve the quality of our ward. Currently, there is exciting development work underway on Ward 68, where we are introducing the psychiatric care models Safewards and Meaningful Inpatient Care - an initiative covering all inpatient psychiatry in Region Dalarna.

Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with possibilities for flexible hours if the operation allows. Region Dalarna offers a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK per year.

As a social worker (counselor), you work in a team and in close collaboration with other professional groups such as assistant nurses, care assistants, nurses, psychologists, and doctors. The work is characterized by engagement and sensitivity, with the child/young person always in focus. As a social worker, you play an important role in the care process and planning around each patient. The role includes a coordinating function. You will, among other things, work with parent meetings, family meetings, and patient meetings, as well as participate in close team work. You will also participate in network and SIP (Intervention Plan) meetings, where an important task will be contacting care partners and other cooperation partners such as social services and schools. As a new employee, you are offered an individually adapted onboarding schedule and continuous supervision.

We are looking for you who are a Licensed Health and Social Care Counselor (Legitimerad Hälso- och Sjukvårdskurator), preferably with Step 1 specialization towards family or another relevant specialization that the employer deems equivalent.

• Experience from child psychiatry and/or work with children, young people, and their families. Basic psychotherapeutic education, Step 1.
• You should be flexible and enjoy an environment with varying pace.
• Have good ability to collaborate both internally and externally.
• You have an interest in participating in the operation's development work.
• Great importance is attached to personal suitability and teamwork skills.
