My name is Anna and I am 30 years old. I use a wheelchair due to cerebral palsy (CP) that I was born with after being premature. Despite this, I speak fluently but need help with everything in daily life. I am now looking for a new star who wants to be my personal assistant. I live centrally in Mora. I am a girl with many interests, such as going to festivals, cruises, playing video games, sitting at the computer chatting with friends, or playing The Sims. I also enjoy taking walks and being outdoors. My creativity is great, and I am involved in both music and storytelling. About you: I am looking for you if you fit the following: As a person, you are calm, stable, empathetic, and have great patience. It is important that you can stay awake late in the evenings and also during nights until 02:00. Requirements:

• Female, aged 25–45
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Can travel, including trips lasting several days.

This position includes an extended (and compensated) staffing assignment. This means that during certain weeks, you must be reachable outside of working hours to arrange for a substitute or step in yourself to assist when intervention is required. This is Assistans i Balans' way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The assignment is shared among all assistants working on a regular schedule. About the position: You will work varied shifts (day/evening/night with on-call sleeping duty). This is a part-time temporary position at approximately 75% on a rotating schedule. Other times may occur as the role involves stepping in extra during urgent vacancies. Salary: Agreement Fremia-Kommunal, individual salary setting. To be employed, you must present a valid ID, an extract from the Swedish Police Register (utdrag ur polisregistret), and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
