Treatment Home Nyckeln in Mora is now looking for new colleagues to join our team. We are a residential care home for girls and young women aged 16 to 24 who suffer from mental health issues. Both psychiatric and neuropsychiatric diagnoses are present among our residents. At Nyckeln, we offer treatment, assessment, and follow-up.

We work based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), and offer DBT skills training in groups.

At Nyckeln, there is a multidisciplinary team consisting of social workers, behavioral scientists, nurses, social pedagogues, occupational therapists, psychologists, treatment assistants, as well as a doctor with specialist competence in psychiatry.

The goal of treatment is usually for those living at Nyckeln to learn skills to accept and manage their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Our aim is to give them a higher quality of life and help them achieve their own set goals. Nyckeln offers the client a safe and homely environment with clear structure.

The position involves being part of the professional team working together with each client, serving as a contact person, and planning and implementing treatment activities.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for a warm person who has a professional attitude in their work.

Education: Social worker, behavioral scientist, social pedagogue, or another post-secondary education of at least 2 years within the field.

We want you, as an applicant, to have experience in treatment work, psychiatry, or other social work.

The work is scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends, starting October 1st or by agreement.
