Flexibility regarding working hours is an advantage
Many of our customers have assistance around the clock. Work shifts may, for example, be scheduled during days with waiting time, days, evenings, and awake nights. Both weekdays and weekends.

We would like you to be able to start your introduction as soon as possible. There are good opportunities to stay on as an hourly substitute after the summer.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

WORKING AT VI OMSORG

As an employed personal assistant with us, you are covered by a collective agreement and a contractual pension. You are insured on the way to and from work in case anything unexpected happens. We offer a wellness allowance to all our employees. Additionally, we organize activities aimed at both you as an employee and the customer you work with. We care that you, as an employee, enjoy working with us!

To be employed by us at Vi Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting an employment with us is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID document and submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can order the certificate of personal details free of charge via the Swedish Tax Agency's website and download it directly with BankID here.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.

If you wish to work with children and young people under 18, you need to provide an extract from the criminal record. It is important that the extracts are ordered in good time, as the Police's processing time may vary. Due to a legal change from March 1, 2026, the register control is expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
