We are looking for both someone who wants to work on a fixed schedule and a casual hourly employee.

Our customer needs to be picked up after school on weekdays at 13:00. We can be very flexible with the end time of the shifts. For holidays and weekends, we prefer that you are available during daytime hours.

Available working hours are:

Monday - Friday: 13:00 - 21:00

Weekends / Holidays: 07:00 - 21:00

Our customer is an energetic and cheerful soon-to-be 15-year-old. His diagnoses are: Severe developmental disability, autism, and severe hyperactivity disorder. In other words, he needs a lot of support in everyday life.

As his personal assistant, you will among other things:

  • Be helpful with dressing and undressing as well as hygiene situations
  • Be a support in daily chores and meal situations
  • Ensure he gets exercise and physical activity
  • Help him with communication

He loves being outdoors; he enjoys being in the forest and in various playgrounds, this applies to all seasons of the year. When he is at home, he likes watching movies, listening to music, baking, making bead crafts, playing with cars, and building Lego. Going swimming is also a major favorite activity!

We are looking for you who:

  • Like to play and be playful
  • Are organized and consistent
  • Are calm and responsive to his needs
  • Preferably have a driver's license and experience with autism/ND (Neurodevelopmental Disorders)

For us, the most important thing is that the personal chemistry is right!

Working hours: Monday-Friday 13:00-21:00, on weekends and holidays 7:00-21:00

Employment level: Number of hours and schedule will be agreed upon together. As long as the assistance assignment lasts, it averages 30 hours/week, plus a casual hourly employee as needed.

Start date: August 1st or as agreed

Work with children with disabilities is subject to requirements for register checks according to the Act (2010:479) on register checks of personnel who perform certain interventions for children with disabilities. An extract from the criminal record must be presented as a final step in the recruitment process before employment can become current.
