Do you have a passion for child development and want to work in a smaller, more personal setting?

As a nanny (dagbarnvårdare), you welcome a small group of children into your own home and create a pedagogical environment that promotes learning and development. You work with children aged 1–5 and have the opportunity to shape the content, environment, and focus of your practice.

No formal education is required to work as a nanny, but our concept offers a competitive salary. This means that many preschool teachers also choose to work as nannies in collaboration with us.

Working as a nanny means you work independently, but are securely employed by us.

The role gives you the time to truly see each child and build close relationships – something many feel is missing in larger groups.

We are looking for someone who

• Is passionate about working with children
• Has experience in childcare or other relevant background
• Is secure, responsible, and attentive
• Has a home suitable for childcare
• Works well in a team
