The unit acts as the hub of the social services, and we strive to meet residents as individuals from a holistic perspective. With the help of our competent employees, we offer a good start and guide individuals to the right support based on their specific needs.

The Joint Intake Unit currently consists of 16 social secretaries with competencies from all areas of social services authority, i.e., children and youth, financial assistance, addiction, and VINR (Adults in need of interventions for abuse and addiction).
