We are currently looking for a temporary substitute for one of our clients in Helsingborg. This is a fantastic young man with great potential who, with a little support and help, can reach his full capacity and experience good living conditions!

About you:

We would prefer that you have experience working as a personal assistant or in a similar role. You are brave, have the will and ability to learn medical handling and close-body care. As a person, you should be reliable, stable, and capable of taking initiative. You must be able to work independently, but also be a good team player as you will be part of a team at the client's home. It is important that you are social, cheerful, empathetic, and warm, with the ability to build a relationship with the client. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.

About the client's functional variation:

The client has developmental disabilities, epilepsy, and cerebral palsy.

Experience and competence:

We value previous experience in care and social services, preferably as a personal assistant. The ability to intuitively understand and quickly adapt to the client's needs is crucial.

About the position:

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, weekends, and 24-hour shifts.
