Job Description: Personal Assistant

Do you want a meaningful, fun, and varied job where you can make a difference in someone else's daily life? Then the job as a personal assistant is for you!

To be considered for this position with our client, it is important that you get to know her for who she is and understand her support needs. It is crucial that your approach is preventive to minimize sudden changes in her schedule. The client is active and often has recurring leisure activities where the assistant provides support. On days when the client attends day activities, the assistant shift starts at 14:30. Common tasks include assisting with meals and hygiene, accompanying the client to activities, and socializing with family and friends. As an assistant, you need to be attentive, observant, and patient.

  • REQUIREMENT: Female

  • REQUIREMENT: Valid driver's license (manual transmission)

  • REQUIREMENT: Non-smoker

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • EDUCATION: No specific requirements

  • EXPERIENCE: Positive experience working with children and youth, preferably within LSS (Swedish Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments)

  • INTERESTS: Ideally, shared interests with the client: music, socializing with friends, swimming, boccia, horses/equestrianism.

  • PERSONAL QUALITIES: Active, easy-going, creative, flexible, decisive, positive, and self-motivated.

Additional Information

Employment Type: On-call / As-needed basis

  • Scope: As needed

  • Working Hours: 14:30–21:30, 07:30–15:00, 15:00–21:30, 10:00–20:00

  • Start Date: According to agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
