About the position

We are currently looking for personal assistants who want to work for one of our clients in Saxtorp. We offer a position as extra help on an as-needed basis, with the possibility of fixed hours on Mondays and Wednesdays from 17:00 - 20:00/21:00. Your duties will include, among other things, support with daily routines and tube feeding. We appreciate that you are flexible and able to step in at short notice when needed.

Other working hours are scheduled between Monday - Friday 07:00 - 17:00.

About the client

The client is an 18-year-old girl with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. She sometimes uses a wheelchair for longer distances and needs help with all aspects of her daily life. She is a cheerful and creative girl who loves singing, dancing, and music. She enjoys crafting when time permits and likes to spend time outdoors.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful daily life for our client. You will be an important part of her life and contribute to her independence and well-being.

We are looking for you who has a big heart and a natural ability to listen to others' needs. We believe you are a person who is:

• Attentive and present: You have a keen sense for when to step forward and when to give space.
• Secure and responsible: You are someone who can be relied upon in all situations.
• Flexible and cooperative: You enjoy that daily life can look different and find it easy to collaborate.

The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection.

Requirements for you

• You are a non-smoker,
• You are not allergic to fur-bearing animals,
• You have a driver's license and access to a car to get to the workplace.

Scope: Extra help on an as-needed basis with the possibility of fixed hours on Mondays and Wednesdays 17:00 - 20:00/21:00. Number of positions: 2. Start date: Immediately. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with this client, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register control will cover both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing time may vary, so the order should be placed in good time.
