Personal Assistant for 15-Year-Old Girl in Lund (Summer Position)

About the Position

We are looking for hourly personal assistants for a 15-year-old girl living in Lund. We have an immediate need for assistants, primarily during the summer holidays. Shifts are scheduled during day and evening hours, seven days a week.

As a personal assistant, you will help and support the girl in her daily life, both at home and during various activities outside the home. Duties include, but are not limited to, personal care, support during meals, communication, active supervision, and assistance in all daily situations.

About the Person You Will Assist

The girl enjoys going for walks and visiting swimming pools. Therefore, you should be a competent swimmer and enjoy accompanying her on activities outside the home.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is calm, secure, sensitive, and patient. It is important that you have a calm working style and do not rush, as a calm approach is of great significance to the girl.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or young people, preferably those with disabilities.
• Experience with epilepsy.
• Experience with assistive devices and acting as a communication support.

Based on the user's preferences, we are primarily seeking a woman who speaks Dari.

Since the client is a minor, you must be able to present a valid extract from the criminal record register for work with children with disabilities before employment.
